When the rapid thoughts in my mind begin to whirl around too quickly, I find solace in giving them a space to live and breathe. I have come to terms that the fall and winter months are typically my roughest patches, emotionally. It feels good to be able to say that, honor it, and witness it out loud. In this season, staying committed to my writing practice is more important than ever. Writing always helps me examine the quality of my thoughts in such an intimate way. Sharing some words that came to my mind this week.
Hope they resonate with you all.
With love,
– Taylor Simone
